Question 1 - Is ZixCharge a kind of credit card?
No. ZixCharge™
is a system that allows members to use their existing charge cards
to make purchases over the Internet without divulging confidential
information to merchants.

Question: 2 - How much does ZixCharge cost consumers?
ZixCharge
is free to consumers. Merchants pay a referral fee each time a Member navigates
to their web site through ZixMall™
or other affiliate malls and makes a purchase.

Question 3 - Is ZixCharge like an electronic wallet?
Wallets are designed to provide consumer charge card information to
the merchant. ZixCharge
prevents that information from being given to the merchant.

Question 4 - Can I use ZixCharge on more than one computer?
You can use ZixCharge
on any browser-enabled computer that is connected to the Internet.

Question 5 - Will ZixCharge keep my information private?
Yes. Information under ZixCharge
control is used only to obtain charge card approvals for
consumers. Review our privacy policy.
In the event of a
transaction dispute, the member's personal and credit card information
may be forwarded to the merchant.

Question 6 - Does ZixIt own ZixCharge?
Yes. ZixCharge is owned by ZixIt Corporation (Nasdaq: ZIXI).

Question 7 - How does the New ZixCharge system differ from the original?
Firstly, the original ZixCharge system initially operated on the Windows
95+ platform. The current version works on any browser-enabled computer.
This includes MS-DOS, Mac, Windows 3.1, Unix, and the Windows 95+ platforms.
Secondly, the original version required consumers to download and install
software. The new version works directly in your Web browser and does not
require any download or installation process.
Thirdly, the original version had a pre-authentication feature which would
link a consumer's email address to a "digital signature." The new version
does not require this pre-authentication step.
The philosophy of ZixCharge and ZixMall is still the same - provide
transaction privacy and charge card security to the consumer.
