Consumers who are interested in private and
secure Internet transactions will respond to the notification by navigating to
the ZixCharge Web site.

Cardholders enter their credit cards,
checking accounts, etc. into their ZixWallet™.
The information will be stored in the ZixCharge Member Database.

ZixCharge confirms the member's email address
by sending a confirmation email message with a URL within the message.
Clicking the URL activates the ZixWallet. This email will also include information
about ZixMall™ or other branded ZixCharge shopping portals.
